Terms of Service

Last updated July 20, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of ScheduleLater (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

ScheduleLater lets you compose, schedule, publish, and measure social-media content across connected platforms. Features, supported platforms, and limits may change over time.

Your account

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure.
  • You must have the right to publish the content you schedule and to connect the social accounts you link.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Connected platforms and third-party services

When you connect a social account, you authorize ScheduleLater to act on your behalf on that platform (for example, to publish content and read analytics) within the scope you grant. Your use of each connected platform is also governed by that platform’s own terms.

ScheduleLater’s YouTube features use YouTube API Services. By using those features you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and you acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy. How ScheduleLater accesses, uses, stores, and deletes YouTube data is described in our Privacy Policy.

ScheduleLater’s TikTok features use the TikTok API. By using those features you also agree to the TikTok Terms of Service. How ScheduleLater accesses, uses, stores, and deletes TikTok data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to publish unlawful content, to infringe others’ rights, to send spam or duplicative content across accounts in violation of a platform’s policies, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and disconnect any connected account. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or applicable platform policies. On disconnection or account deletion, we revoke and delete the relevant credentials and cached data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScheduleLater is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or of any connected platform.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
